STRATEGY CALL

Next, we hop on a call to go over your goals + answer any questions you have. We also plan out our to-do list. This happens a week before your design day. 

ONBOARDING

You'll receive access to your client portal in Notion, where you will approve the task list + where you can turn in any material needed prior to the design day.

DESIGN DAY

Today is the day! Get 8 hours dedicated to your task list! We will communicate through Notion + may jump on a call if needed.

SIGN OFF

24 hours later, I'll send you a video walkthrough, the next steps, and any final files. You also receive 7 days of support.

WHAT THE FAQ?

  • This depends on your task list, but in general, you will need logos, typography, color palette, brand guidelines, brand illustrations, patterns, and photography. If we are working on something on your website, your website should be on Squarespace.

  • Tasks for a VIP Design Day do not include brand design, web design, or sales page design. Please refer to my services if you are interested in any of those.

  • Due to the fast-paced nature of this service, I require full payment to reserve your design day on my calendar.

  • Yes. Since we only have one day to work on your to-do list, we will sometimes need approvals or need to ask for clarification on specific things throughout the day. You or someone on your team must be available all day for any messages, feedback, or questions.

  • You can reschedule your date up to 7 days in advance, but keep in mind that availability is not guaranteed.

  • During our call, we'll discuss your needs, and I'll let you know what I can realistically tackle in just a day. If, for some reason, all of the items on our list couldn't be completed, I will provide you with details on moving forward. Please keep in mind that when you book a VIP Design Day, you are booking me for my time rather than specific deliverables, so if there are additional items left to complete, an additional VIP Design Day will need to be booked.
